Tuesday in Carmarthen at Model Church School, College Rd - 7.30pm to 9.30pm - Instructor is Carl.
Tuesday in Gorseinon at New Lodge, Alexandra Rd - 7.30pm to 9.30pm - Instructor is Alex.
Wednesday in Swansea at Sienna Bar (Eleo's), Kingsway - 8.00pm to 10.00pm - Instructor is Carl.
Wednesday in Cross Hands at Cross Hands Workingmen's Club, Llandeilo Rd - 7.30pm to 9.30pm - Instructor is Alex.
Sunday in Briton Ferry at JK's Club, Neath Rd - 7.00pm to 9.00pm - Instructor is Carl.
Sunday in Ammanford at Amman Centre, Margaret St - 7.00pm to 9.00pm - Instructor is Alex.
